Data We Collect

We collect names, business addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers submitted via our contact and quote forms.

How We Use It

We use this data solely to process orders, quotes, and sample requests. We do not sell data to third parties.

Optional website analytics

With your separate optional consent, we collect first-party aggregate behaviour signals: consented visit counts, short-lived session IDs, a separate random visitor ID that expires daily, page paths without query strings, referring domains, broad device categories, visible engagement time, calculator engagement, successful quote and contact submissions, sample option selection, checkout starts, and video plays. We never send analytics form content or link analytics to customer, prospect, payment, or QR records. Raw analytics events are retained for no more than 90 days and then removed in bounded cleanup batches. Reporting is aggregate only and labels visitor figures as estimates because coverage depends on consent.

Collection is disabled in development, previews, admin routes, and for known bots. The feature starts collecting only after this version is published and has no historic backfill.
